Social media management · South East London local businessesA steady, professional presence, without it eating your evenings.

You don't need to go viral. You need to look active, credible and local when someone checks you out before they call, and to stay in front of past customers so they come back and refer you. We plan it, produce it and post it. You approve it in a minute on WhatsApp.

We'll tell you which one or two channels matter for your trade, and which you can safely ignore.

Why it matters for a local business

Social media rarely produces the first enquiry for a local business. It decides whether the enquiry happens once they've found you.

Checked

before they callMost people look at your Facebook or Instagram after finding you on Google. An empty or abandoned page costs you the job you already had.

Repeat

and referral workStaying visible to past customers is the cheapest marketing there is. They remember you when the neighbour asks.

Proof

not promotionPhotos of finished work, reviews and behind-the-scenes posts do the selling. Hard-sell posts get ignored.

What Social Media does for you

A simple, sustainable rhythm that makes you look like the busy, professional business you are.

We start by choosing the one or two channels that actually matter for your customers, and being honest about the rest. For most trades and home services that's Facebook and Instagram; for professional services and B2B it's often LinkedIn. Then we agree a rhythm you can keep up for years, not a burst that fizzles in month two.

Each month we plan the posts, write them in your voice, design them in your brand, and schedule them. You send us photos from jobs on WhatsApp when you remember; we turn them into content. We answer comments and messages within your plan, and keep an eye on reviews and mentions.

You get a short monthly line in your report: what went out, what people engaged with, and what it led to. If something isn't working, we change it.

  • Channel planThe right one or two channels for your customers, profile set-up or tidy-up, and a posting rhythm you can sustain.
  • Content, written and designedPosts planned monthly, written in your voice and designed in your brand using our templates. Job photos, reviews, tips, offers, team, local news.
  • Approval on WhatsAppA batch arrives; you approve or tweak in a minute. Nothing goes out that you haven't seen.
  • Scheduling & postingPosted at the right times, consistently, every week. No gaps, no midnight scrambles.
  • Comments, messages & reviewsWe keep an eye on replies and messages and respond within your plan, flagging real enquiries to you immediately.
  • Monthly reportingWhat went out, what worked, followers and reach, and any enquiries it produced. One paragraph, plain English.

How it works

Live within two weeks. The first month sets the rhythm; from then on it runs with almost no time from you.

Week 0

Channel check

We look at your current pages and your competitors' and tell you which channels matter for your customers and what to stop worrying about.

Week 1

Voice & templates

A short call about how you talk to customers and what you're proud of. We set up branded templates and tidy your profiles.

Week 2

First batch

Your first month of posts arrives on WhatsApp for approval. From now on, you send photos when you can; we do the rest.

Every month

Post, respond, report

Consistent posting, replies handled, enquiries flagged to you, and one paragraph in your monthly report.

What it means for your business

The practical benefits owners notice.

You look busy and credible

When a prospect checks you out, they see recent work, happy customers and a real team. The job you'd already won stays won.

Past customers remember you

Repeat and referral work is the cheapest work you'll ever get. Staying visible is how you get it.

Your evenings back

No more staring at a blank post at 9pm. Approve in a minute, done.

Your reviews, seen

Reviews do the selling. We put them where new customers look.

Local, not generic

Posts about your area, your jobs and your community, not recycled stock content.

Honest about what it does

We'll tell you what social produces for a business like yours, and report it straight.

Priced around your budget, not a menu

We don't sell packages. We work as your marketing team, and the plan is built around what you can comfortably invest for the next six months.

Every business has a different starting point, a different level of competition and a different budget. So rather than ask you to pick a tier, we ask one question: what can you comfortably invest each month for the next six months? Then we build a 90-day plan around that number, with named deliverables and a clear picture of what "good" looks like at day 90.

We review the plan and the budget together every quarter. It can go up, it can go down, and you own every account, profile and asset throughout. Retainers start with a three-month commitment, then run monthly with 30 days' notice. Plans start from £300 a month.

  1. Free 20-minute Discovery Call — a relaxed chat on the phone or video about your business, what you'd like to achieve and what you can comfortably invest. No pitch. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
  2. Free Marketing Audit, worth £300 — after the call we look at your current pages and your competitors' and tell you which channels matter for your customers and which to ignore.
  3. Marketing Plan Session · £295 — a 90-minute working session with Derryn and Stefan and a written 90-day plan: what we'll do, in what order, and what it costs. Credited against your first month if you go ahead; yours to keep either way.
  4. Your plan starts — set up and fix in weeks one and two, then manage and grow every month with a one-page report.
  5. Quarterly review — together we look at what the plan produced and agree the next 90 days and the budget for them.

All prices exclude VAT. Three-month minimum to start, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. You own every account, profile and asset.

Questions owners ask us

Which channels do I need?

Usually fewer than you think. Most local trades and services need Facebook and Instagram; professional and B2B services need LinkedIn. TikTok and YouTube suit some businesses brilliantly and are a waste of time for others. We'll tell you honestly.

How often will you post?

Enough to look active and consistent, typically two to three times a week per channel, at a rhythm you can keep up for years. Consistency beats volume.

Will social media bring me leads?

Sometimes directly, mostly indirectly. For most local businesses it protects enquiries you've already earned on Google and brings back past customers. We'll report exactly what it produces and never oversell it.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Photos of finished work, your van, your team and your reviews are more than enough. If you're happy to do short videos they work very well, but they're optional.

Can you run paid social ads too?

Yes, within a plan and when it makes sense: local offers, seasonal pushes, hiring. We'll only suggest it when the numbers stack up.

Why don't you publish package prices?

Because a fixed package suits the seller, not the business buying it. Two businesses in the same trade can need completely different work. We ask what you can comfortably invest, build a plan to fit, and show you exactly what you get for it before you commit. Plans start from £300 a month. It all begins with a free 20-minute call and a free audit worth £300.

Do you work with businesses like mine?

If your customers come from your local area, yes: trades, home services, clinics, dentists, salons, garages, restaurants, solicitors, accountants and more. We cover Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Croydon and the surrounding areas. See who we work with.
